How Our Process Works

  • Request an Estimate
  • Review the Options
  • Approve & Schedule
  • Craft & Complete

Send clear photos, approximate dimensions, the number of pieces, your city or ZIP code, and a short description of what you want changed. This is usually enough for an initial estimate. We may ask for additional views or details when the construction cannot be determined from the first photos.

We discuss fabric, foam or fill, support, appearance, repairs, pickup or delivery, and any practical alternatives that affect the price. Clients may review fabric and foam samples before making a final selection.

The project is scheduled after the scope and estimate are approved, the required deposit is received, and the necessary fabric or materials are available. Timing depends on the work involved and the current production schedule.

The shop completes the approved upholstery work and checks seams, pattern placement, cushion shape, fit, and overall presentation. Pickup or delivery is arranged when the project is ready, and the remaining balance is due at completion.
