Patio Cushion Upholstery for Arizona Homes
We make replacement covers and cushion inserts for patio chairs, sofas, sectionals, chaises, ottomans, daybeds and custom outdoor seating. Each project is built from the existing cushion, furniture dimensions or a confirmed template so the finished pieces fit the intended frames.
Arizona heat, ultraviolet exposure, dust and monsoon moisture can shorten the life of outdoor materials. No fabric or fill is represented as fade-proof, waterproof or unaffected by continuous exposure. The best construction depends on whether the furniture remains covered, receives full sun, is exposed to rain or is stored when not in use.
Outdoor Fabrics and Construction
Outdoor performance fabrics are available in solids, textures and patterns. Stripes, large repeats and matched patterns can increase yardage. Covers may include zippers, ties, Velcro or other attachment details when the furniture requires them. Existing cushions are inspected for shape, drainage and support before new covers are cut.
Quality conventional cushion foam is comfortable and economical when cushions are kept out of standing water and allowed to dry completely. Premium fast-dry foam and drainage panels may be considered for projects that require faster water release, but they cost more and are not necessary for every application.
Replacement Covers or Complete Inserts
If the existing inserts remain supportive and properly sized, new covers may be made without replacing the foam. If the inserts are compressed, uneven or the wrong size, we can quote replacement foam and wrapping separately. Client-provided fabric must be appropriate for outdoor upholstery, and the client is responsible for the performance of material purchased from another source.
