Information you choose to provide
Our estimate form asks for your name, email address, phone number, city or ZIP code, project type, number of pieces, how you heard about us, and a description of your project. You may also upload up to three project photographs. The form accepts JPG/JPEG, PNG, HEIC/HEIF and WEBP files, with a maximum of 5 MB per photo.
We also receive information you choose to send by email, telephone, text message or the website’s chat tools. Please share only information and photographs relevant to your request.
How we use estimate information
We use the information you provide to review your furniture and requested work, respond to estimate requests, ask for additional details, and communicate about your project. Form submissions are sent to our estimates email and recorded in the website’s form-entry system. The website is connected to Jobber to create a request for our team’s follow-up.
Website tools and cookies
The site runs on WordPress and uses Contact Form 7 for estimate requests. Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form against automated abuse. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum for details about its processing of technical signals.
The site loads Zoho SalesIQ visitor and chat tools. These tools use cookies to support website interactions and chat features. Details are available in Zoho SalesIQ’s cookie information. The Contact page also displays an embedded Google map, and the theme loads Google Maps and YouTube components.
