How do I request an upholstery estimate?
Send clear photos, approximate dimensions, the number of pieces, your city or ZIP code, and a brief description of what you would like changed. Use our estimate request form, email quotes@evolvefurniture.net, or text (602) 413-5486. Additional photos or details may be needed to assess the construction and scope.
Is a deposit required?
A deposit is required before the project is scheduled. Please confirm the amount with us for your project. Scheduling also depends on approval of the scope and estimate and the availability of the necessary fabric or materials. The remaining balance is due at completion.
Can you help me choose fabric, and can I supply my own?
We discuss fabric options and clients may review samples before making a final selection. If you plan to supply your own fabric, contact us before purchasing so we can review its suitability, the required quantity, and any project-specific conditions.
How much fabric will my furniture need?
Yardage depends on the furniture dimensions, construction, fabric width, and pattern placement. Send photos and measurements so we can discuss estimated yardage. Confirm the fabric and quantity with us before ordering.
How long does upholstery work take?
Timing depends on the scope of work, material availability, and the current production schedule. We discuss the expected schedule before work begins. Let us know about any deadline when you request your estimate so we can review what is possible.
Can you replace cushion foam without reupholstering everything?
We offer cushion insert and foam replacement for sofas, chairs, benches, sectionals, and outdoor furniture. Send photos of the cushions and existing covers, their approximate dimensions, and a description of the comfort or support you want to improve. We will review the appropriate insert or fill options for your project.
Do you offer pickup and delivery?
Pickup and delivery are available. Fees depend on distance and project size. Include your city or ZIP code and the number of pieces in your request, and tell us about stairs or access restrictions so we can discuss arrangements.
