Commercial Upholstery and Custom Seating
We provide upholstery services for restaurants, hospitality spaces, offices, lobbies, retail environments, and other commercial interiors in the Scottsdale and Phoenix area.
Projects may include banquettes, booths, dining chairs, lounge seating, benches, upholstered wall panels, headboards, cushions, leather, and commercial vinyl. We can work from existing furniture, site dimensions, drawings, or specifications supplied by the client, designer, architect, or contractor.
Planning the Work
An initial estimate usually begins with photos, quantities, dimensions, the project location, and the requested material. A site visit may be recommended when fixed seating, wall panels, access conditions, or installation requirements cannot be determined from photographs.
Material suitability, repairs, production sequence, pickup or delivery, and installation requirements are defined before scheduling. Completion time depends on quantity, scope, fabric availability, approvals, and site access; it is not represented as a fixed timeline until the project details are known.
Requesting an Estimate
Send project photos, quantities, approximate dimensions, location, and any available fabric or finish specifications. We will identify the information still needed and prepare an estimate based on the actual scope.
